SDC OmniMedia Group Signs D-Town Records label to Tony Craton, President of Jantony Records, LLC - labels’ Return to Detroit

E DENVER, CO (IFS) - Kenneth Howard Smith, CEO, SDC OmniMedia Group, on April 16, 2009, transfered all control of the Platinum Sound Productions, between LEE ROGERS CRATON and KENNETH HOWARD SMITH, dated May 1, 1976, that the parties transfer the assets of the partnership, D-TOWN RECORDS (OF CALIFORNIA) INC., is now transfered to TONY CRATON, EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT, D-TOWN RECORDS, PRESIDENT, JANTONY RECORDS, LLC., DETROIT, MICHIGAN, that distribution of SDC OmniMedia Groups’ labels:
 
BEM Records, CKS Records, Keristene Records, Marshmellow Records, MasterTrack Records, Flagg Records, SDC Records, Heavy Rock Records, 4881 Records, KHS/Futura Records and associated labels from productions — shall continue until terminated by either party, and that the following persons are hereby appointed lifetime members of D-Town Records and shall remain on the honorary advisory board of directors:

SDC OmniMedia Group Signs Prizm Films Productions to Donna Demok & Consultants

DENVER, CO (IFS) - Kenneth Howard Smith, CEO of SDC OmniMedia Group transfered all rights to Donna Demok, the new president and owner of Prizm Films Productions.  The young company has over twenty-two video documentaries of various Colorado life and its’ citizens.  The company’s motto “Documenting History - For the Future” has exploded with great interest, as the young firm has landed several video pieces on NBC Television in the past several months.

Demok, a Colorado native and graduate of Colorado Christian University, has been writing and documenting local history for many years and has traveled to many of it’s locations of historcal interest, here she studies the history of various decentants of cities long ago that have faded into Colorado footnotes.
